Everything you need to know about ordering, building, and owning a Maya instrument.
Browse our product lineups, select a model, customize your specs (color, neck profile), and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in. Payment is via Midtrans (bank transfer, credit card, or e-wallet).
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallet payments through Midtrans. You can pay in full or choose 50% DP (down payment) with the remaining balance due before shipping.
Yes! Once your order is placed and assigned to a master builder, you can log in to your dashboard to see real-time progress — including photos of your instrument at each stage (material prep, shaping, finishing, assembly, setup).
Each instrument is handcrafted to order. Typical build time is 6–8 weeks depending on complexity and current batch queue. You'll receive updates throughout the process.
We currently ship across Indonesia with free shipping. For international orders, please contact us at support@mayainstruments.com for a quote.
All Maya instruments come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer a lifetime setup service — bring your Maya to any authorized service center.
Since each instrument is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your instrument arrives with a defect, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
